Walé Elegbede
Walé Elegbede is President of the Rochester Branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and Director of Strategy Management Services at Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. A servant leader, strategist and change maker, Walé believes good, ethical leaders have a responsibility to bring positive change to their communities, organizations, and families. Elegbede is a TED Talk Speaker and a Rada Distinguished Alumnus of the University of Wisconsin La Crosse. A thought leader in project portfolio management circles and a strategy-to-execution expert, Walé Elegbede is a trusted ethical leader with experience in building, supporting, and sustaining high performing teams with positive culture that deliver results. An innovative entrepreneur with experience in numerous industries, Elegbede is also an interfaith leader, member of the Rochester Muslim Community Circle and founding member of the La Crosse Interfaith Shoulder to Shoulder Network (LISSN). He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, global Advisory Council member of the International Institute of Medical Project Management (IIMPM), past president of the La Crosse-Rochester Project Management Institute (PMI) chapter, and adjunct graduate instructor of project management at Viterbo University. A keynote speaker, he regularly speaks on leadership, community, social justice issues, diversity, equity and inclusion, strategic execution, and project management.
